• Microscopic Flaw Detection: We pass a high-voltage or low-voltage Holiday Detector Machine across 100% of the coated surface.
• Zero-Defect Assurance: The machine uses an electrical probe to find invisible pinholes, air bubbles, or thin spots. If a flaw exists, the machine alerts our technicians instantly.
• Immediate Patching: Any identified faults are immediately repaired, re-wrapped, and re-tested until the pipeline achieves a flawless, zero-defect rating before burial.
